STP (Spanning Tree Protocol)
EION Open IP Environment STP module performs all functions necessary for a transparent bridge that includes spanning tree algorithm, multicast filtering, General Attributes Registration Protocol, Multicasting Registration Protocol, VLAN support and traffic class management.

LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
EION LDAP protocol is a portable software module that allows email programs to look up contact information from a server. LDAP also serves broader applications, such as looking up services and devices on the Internet (and intranets). This module is available for both IPv4 and IPv6.
